He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Killerlain (Jerry) and Joann Killerlain (Starr); his wife Shawn; his sister Rhonda; and his mother-in-law Jeanne.

He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Marie and Sarah Ann; his grandchildren, Sierra, Conner, Cain and MadiLynn; his siblings, Dennis, Joellen, David, Teresa, Tracy and Todd (Sandy); and his uncle Paul (Ginny). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
