Lewis (Madison, Wisconsin), born in Brooklyn, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 19, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Amza Lewis and Mildred Lewis (Mackesey). He is survived by: his daughter Janna Lewis; his grandchildren, Cashton and Cassie Coffey; and his brothers, Mike Lewis (Debbie) and Dan Lewis (Lil).
