He was predeceased by: his parents, Muthu Sakthivel and Rajam Sakthivel. He is survived by: his wife Jansirani Chandrabose; his children, Prashanth and Nivedhitha; and his brothers, Kumar, Sehar, Karthikeyan, Guhan and Kiruba.
