Roy Clifton Weatherwax Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 16, 2024, at the age of 80, Roy Clifton Weatherwax (Madison, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Roy Clifton may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Weatherwax and Della Weatherwax (Upham). He is survived by: his wife Susan; his daughters, Kristine Betzwieser (Adam) and Lisa Klug (Jon); his grandchildren, Ellie Betzwieser, Kelsey Klug and Kyle Betzwieser; and his sister Karen Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Roy's name to the UW Carbone Cancer Center.
