He was predeceased by: his parents, George Foreyt and Gladys Foreyt (Hicken); his wife Carol; his daughter Debra Lynn; his sister-in-law Joan Hefty (Lawrence); and his siblings, Viv Foreyt (Dorothy), Roland Foreyt (Earlene), Dorothy Gratz (Bill), Delores Kuntz (Paul), Gloria Abendroth (Red), Lavon Hahn (Cletus) and Eleanor Georgeson (Byron).

He is survived by: his daughter Terri Frey (Dennis Laridaen). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
