He was predeceased by: his father James Curtis; and his son Aaron Curtis. He is survived by: his mother Mary Curtis of Portage; his sons, Tyler Curtis (Lauren) of Janesville and Jarrod Brown (Kelsey Manchester) of Tucson; his sisters, Susan Borchers (Bill) of Madison and Lisa Lewis of Portage; and his nephew Justin Lewis. He is also survived by 2 great nieces and three great nephews.
