He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gallagher and Katherine Gallagher; his brother Thomas A.; and his son Thomas P.. He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Terry (Dave Shadis), Lynn (Steve Meyer), Pam Smith (Taylor), Amy and Geoff (Tonja); the mother of his children Nancy Gallagher; and his stepchildren, Vince Hoeser (Melissa), Mike Hoeser (Jodi) and Jill Hoeser. He is also survived by great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the South Central Badger Honor Flight, Agrace, or a charity of your choice.
