He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Kok and Bessie Kok; and his wife Carolyn (Pat). He is survived by: his sons, Dan, Jeff (Carol), Jim (Kristine), Matthew Kok and Jason Koenig (Sara); his grandchildren, Spencer, Seth, Molly, Mikey, Adam, Sam, Anna, Tanner and Roger; and his great grandchild Henry.

Memorial donations may be gifted in Bob's name to Agrace HospiceCare.
