He was predeceased by: his siblings, William Jr. and Annelle Triggs. He is survived by: his children, William (Edilia), Robert (Nancy), Theodore (Wendy), Cheryl Wienke (Stephen) and Lori Powers; and his wife Jean Marie. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
