It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Dee Hoerz (Madison, Wisconsin), born in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 16, 2023, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Hoerz and Melva Hoerz (Finger). He is survived by: his wife Gale Shirley; his children, Angela Hoerz of Madison and David Hoerz (Karen Wagner) of Portland, OR; and his siblings, Nancy Cusson (Steve Cowles) of Glastonbury, CT, Sandy Meves of Ft. Meyers, FL and Barry Hoerz (Ingrid) of Mount Horeb. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and cousins.
