He is survived by: his adoptive parent Dannie (Sandra Collins); his children, Felicia, Jordan Collins, Selena and Trevor (Kyleigh Rowley); his grandchildren, Lydia, Declan, Mayella and Clementine; his mother Sandra Collins; and his siblings, Shelley Wellnitz (Ben) and Troy Collins (Carol). He is also survived by many nephews, a niece, aunts, uncles, cousins, and many friends.
