He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Johnson (Ericson) and Frank N. Johnson; his wife Frances Eickstead; and his brothers, Glen (Putter), Harold and Walter.
He is survived by: his daughters, Daphne Holterman (Lloyd) of Sturgeon Bay, WI, Nadine Miller (Sam) of Appleton, WI and Valerie Renk (Jeff) of Sun Prairie, WI; his grandchildren, Lauren Brey (Jacob), Taylor Holterman, Carly Wood (Ben), Eleanor Miller, Kyle Breunig (Mackenzie Hollister) and Mikaela Breunig; and his great grandchildren, Rosella, Willem Brey and Graham Wood. He is also survived by nephews and a niece.
