He is survived by: his wife Donna Mae; his children, Holly Jackson (Daniel), Steve Jensen and David Jensen (Sue); his son-in-law Dan Jackson; his grandchildren, Jacob Jackson, Nathan Jackson, Matthew Jensen, Joseph Jensen, Jessica Jensen, Kristina Greenhagen (Jesse) and Michelle Jensen; and his caregiver Ami.
