He is survived by: his children, Terry Douma (Loretta) of Waupun, Todd Douma (Bonnie) of Hortonville and Dione Maier (Paul) of Marshall; his grandchildren, Devon Kastning (Scott), Joshua Douma (Amanda), Justin Douma, Lucas Douma, Jonathan Maier (Robin), Benjamin Maier, Rachel Maier, Elizabeth Maier and Lydia Maier; his great grandchildren, Gabriel, Adaline Ruby Douma, Delinda, Diondra Kastning, Roxanne, Barrett and Catherine Maier; and his sisters, Dolores "Lori" Whitmore (Matt Bishop) of Reedsburg and Cheryl Quade (Gary) of Friesland.
