She was predeceased by: her parents, Marian LaFond (Breivogel) and Gary LaFond; and her former husband Roger. She is survived by: her husband Bob Kok; her son Jason; her daughter-in-law Sara Koenig; her grandson Roger Koenig; her stepsons, Dan, Jim (Christine), Jeff (Carol) and Matt Kok; her siblings, Kathy (Al Rogne), Suzanne LaFond, Rita Schilder, Andre (Kris LaFond) and Mary (Tom Stueck); and also, Spencer, Seth, Molly, Mikey, Adam, Sam, Anna, Tanner, Henry, Betty (Dave) and Don (Shelly). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and other relatives and friends.
Memorial donations may be gifted in Pat's name to Agrace HospiceCare.
