We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2024, at the age of 78, Oscar Emil Seibel of Madison, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Seibel and Oscar Otto Seibel of Watertown, Wis.. He is survived by: his wife Karen Seibel; his son Christopher Bakken (Allison Bakken); his grandchildren, Sophia, Alexander and Theokritos; his son Aaron Bakken (Sara Bakken); his grandchildren, Dahlia, Gwendolyn, Isabelle and Liam; his daughter Heidi Michel (Kyle Michel); his grandchild Saskia; and his sister Marjorie Wernick.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Martin's Lutheran Church or Agrace HospiceCare.
