She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Malloy and Violet Malloy (Johnson); her sister Sharon K. Rucks; her husband Theodore Frederick Lendborg; and her nephew Mike Rucks.

She is survived by: her children, Cathy Kuske (Jeff) and Steve Lendborg; her grandsons, Jason Kuske (Jeanette) and Jamey Kuske (Ashley); her great grandchildren, Braeden, Kaeden, Logan, Grayson and Gavin; and her nieces and nephews, Kelly, Michelle and Kevin Rucks.
