With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Nancy L. Richter (Madison, Wisconsin), born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 24, 2024 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Barkow and Florence Barkow; and her son Jerry Richter (Darby). She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Richter (Keri); and her grandchildren, Jeffrey, Tina and Tory.
