She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Perlberg and Helen Perlberg (Tenant); her husband LeWayne; and her brother Paul "Sparky" Perlberg. She is survived by: her daughters, Kristin Provenzano (John), Kim Menegoni (Bryan) and Kari Schiller; her grandchildren, Derek, Kayley, Kaitlyn and Alex; her sisters, Pat Greene, Marilyn King (Dean) and Barbara Loe; and her sister-in-law Gayle Perlberg. She is also survived by other relatives and countless friends.
