She was predeceased by: her parents, George Philipps and Celia Philipps; her husband Bill; her sons, Steve, Dan and Ed; her son-in-law Jim Topp; and her brothers, Bill (Shirley), Bernard (Jane) and Roger Philipps.
She is survived by: her cousins, Dave, Joyce, Teri, Ann, Meg and Trudi; her children, Stanley T. Williams (Dyanne) and Kathy Logan (Richard); her siblings, Lucille Winters (Jack), Annette Minter (Clete), Vic Philipps (Dianne) and Margaret Gant (Gib); her sister-in-law Mary Allness Philipps; her daughters-in-law, Kathy Chesley Williams and Bonnie Reik; her grandchildren, Mike Williams of Madison, Matt Williams (Jessica) of Anchorage, AK, Tim Williams (Sasha), Brad Williams (Jessica) of Oregon, WI, Katie Logan, RJ Logan (Nelli) of Brodhead, WI, Corey Chesley (Stephanie) of Madison, WI, Kim Chesley-Breland (Stevie) of Charleston, SC and Brie Chesley (Kris Hood) of Fort Collins, CO.; and also, Mary Wright (Williams) and Sally Cox (Williams). She is also survived by Several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, as well a grand nieces and nephews.
