He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Sullivan; and his brother Steve Sullivan (Sandy). He is survived by: his mother Julie Sullivan (Kilmer); his wife Jennifer Sullivan; his children, Sean and Erin Sullivan; his brother Dan Sullivan (Janie); his aunt Maureen Sullivan; and his nieces, Abby Finn (Jordan) and Autum Sullivan.
