We bid farewell to Mary Jane (M. J.) Gogan in Madison, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 17, 2025 at the age of 95. Mary Jane touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Broderick Flynn and William Valentine Flynn; her former husband George Lee Gogan Jr.; her son Michael A. Gogan; and her brothers, Peter B. Flynn and Richard F. Flynn.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Gogan (Terry Plasket), Geoffrey Gogan, Jane Gogan (Gordon Hamnett), Sarah Gogan Gettinger and Andrew Gogan (Shelley Gogan); and her brother William V. Flynn. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Holy Wisdom Monastery (4200 County Rd C, Spring Green, WI 53588).
