She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Sullivan and Agnes Sullivan (Hogan); her husband Paul W. Kolberg; her brother John Sullivan; and her grandmother Wright (Sue Sullivan).

She is survived by: her siblings, Patrick Sullivan (Eva) of Wichita Falls, Texas and Jane Sullivan Spinks (Roger) of Borger, Texas. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be gifted in Mary's name to Agrace HospiceCare.
