He is survived by: his parents, Cletus Minter and Annette Minter; his brothers, David Minter and Ronald Minter (Nadia); and his grandparents, Herman Minter, Della Minter, George Philipps and Celia Philipps. He is also survived by many aunts and uncles; nephews; cousins; and friends.
