She was predeceased by: her parents, John W. Amend and Margaret Amend (Osbourne); her husband Thomas Monahan; her brother Phil Amend; her sister-in-law Ariel Amend; and her granddaughter Emma.
She is survived by: her close friend David Robb; her sons, Michael Monahan (Laura) and Daniel Monahan (Annie); her grandchildren, Lauren, Kate, William, Drew, Charlie, Sophie and Liam; her brothers, John Amend and Steve Amend (Marcy); and her sister-in-law Eleanor Amend. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
