She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Johnson and Katherine Johnson (Stevens); her spouse Rolland "Bud" Bender; her sisters, Eunice Root and Louise Hallett; and her sister-in-law Mary L. Keller (Richard). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
