He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Longseth and Hilda Longseth (Johnson); his wife Elaine June Longseth (Urfer); his son Larry John Longseth; and his siblings, Betty Wilhelm (Roger), Jean Beatty, Doris Crook (Eddie), Carolyn Hackl (Jim) and John Longseth.
He is survived by: his daughters, Julie Olson (Bob) and Joni Harris (Jim); his grandchildren, Matthew Riggle (Sherri), Misty Pilger, Tess Olson (Ryan Witzigmann), Joshua Harris, Joy Harris, Jaclyn Harris and Jonathon Harris; his great grandchildren, Forrest Riggle, Theodore Riggle, Carter Witzigmann and Sawyer Witzigmann; his sister Linda Kraemer (Marty); and his brother-in-law Buzz Beatty.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 12:30 PM and on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 12:30 PM. A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Madison Community Seventh-Day Adventist Church (1926 Elka Ln, Madison, WI 53704). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 8th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the same location.
