He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl W. Sliffe and Ruby Sliffe (Sanders); his stepmother Ann; his sons, Russell and David; his siblings-in-law, Dave Frosch (Danielle) and Vicki Breunig; his niece Tracy Joseph; and his parents-in-law, Sylvester and Dorothy Breunig.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Breunig Sliffe; his daughters, Denise Sliffe (Jon Uttech) and Vicky Sliffe; his grandchildren, Ryan Fischer (Hannah), Tyler Sliffe, Amanda Sliffe and Tonya Sanders; his great grandchildren, Dominik and Rosa Rogers; and his siblings-in-law, Gerry (Kathy), Ralph (Barb), Ken, Tom (Kathy), Randy, Phil (Theresa), Eric, Nick (Mary), Brian (Tracy), Dan (Kay), Louise Frosch (Dave), Marcie (Bill Baures) and Kris Haag (Steve). He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
