He is survived by: his children, Bruce Barlow (Jean), Brian Barlow (Merry), Beth Bingham (Jim), Brad Barlow (Tammy) and Becky Barlow. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gunderson East Funeral & Cremation Care (5203 Monona Dr, Monona, WI 53716). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:15 PM at the Roselawn Memorial Park (401 Femrite Dr, Monona, WI 53716). A burial will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Gunderson East Funeral & Cremation Care (5203 Monona Dr, Monona, WI 53716).
