She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Wozar and Anna Wozar (Bublavy); her husband Leslie Sachs; her son Michael; her granddaughter Carly Mecum; and her siblings, Mary Shepherd, Josephine Turich, Joseph and George Wozar.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Falk (Mick), Judi Skorstad (Mike) and Dennis Sachs (Debbie); her grandchildren, Meghan (Andy), Ryan (Erin), Nicole, Adrian, Alex (Devan), Stephanie (Zac), Andrea (Andy Kocha) and Matt (Bria); and her great grandchildren, Charlie, Brynn, Chloe, Nathan, Ethan, Emilee and Kimberly.
