She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Swanson (Pamela) of Madison, Wis and Richard Swanson (Cheryl) of Chicago, Ill.; her granddaughters, Evangeline Swanson (Toby Martin) of Madison, Suzanne Mariani (Camillo) of Blacksburg and Claire Swanson (Sutton Ashby) of Philadelphia; and her great grandchildren, Sofia, Caterina, Peter Mariani and Frederick Martin.
