She is survived by: her husband John Kollath; her sons, Jim Kollath of Portage and Jason Kollath of Pardeeville; her grandchildren, Emily, Hannah, Alex and Brody Kollath; her sister Phyllis Moldenhauer; her brother-in-law James Kollath (Virginia) of Bradenton, Fla.; and her nephews, Phillip of Chancellorsville, Richard of Dallas and Jonathon of Bradenton, Fla..
