Joy Anderson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2023, at the age of 87, Joy Anderson of Madison, Wisconsin passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joy Anderson to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Wirth and Genevieve Wirth (Gordon); her husband James Anderson; her daughter Ellen; her brothers, Gordon and Roger; and her stepdaughter Diane Zwiefel.

She is survived by: her children, Douglas Sevedge (Debra), Marcia Sevedge (Garry Badgley), Scott Sevedge (Bev) and Dennis Anderson; her stepsons, Richard Anderson (Susie) and Jeff Anderson (Yeni); her grandchildren, Brandon Sevedge, Hannah Ahn, Ashley Sevedge, Aaron Sevedge, Lucas Sevedge, Robin Maier and Kai Badgley; her stepgrandchildren, Whitney Schraan, Lindsey Alfano and Joshua Anderson; and her great grandchildren, Alice Sevedge, Asher, Rubie Ahn, Hazel Sevedge, Roxanne, Barrett and Catherine Maier. She is also survived by in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

Joy requested that donations be made to the Salvation Army or Door Creek Church.
