With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Joseph Reis (Madison, Wisconsin), who passed away on December 4, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Reis and Margaret Reis (Lynch); and his brothers, Bill and Bob. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Johnson; his daughters, Carolyn Benson (Joe) of John, Lucy Laridaen (Josh), Jenny Peterson (Jason) and Judi (Jason Herzer); his grandchildren, Jazmin, Tiffany (Joe), Richard, Bailey, Brett, Jade, Joseph and Olivia; his great grandchild Etta; and his sisters, Betty Marvin and Kathy Miller.
