He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Heivilin and Helen Heivilin (Wildeman). He is survived by: his children, Geri, Patti, Rose and John; and his siblings, Ginny, Jerry and Fred. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Dennis Catholic Church (505 Dempsey Rd, Madison, WI 53714). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that memorial donations be made to the American Heart Association.
