He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gallagher and Edith Gallagher (McChesney). He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Ryan (Mary) of Wausau, Nicholas (Katie) of Fitchburg, Melissa of Madison, Jaclyn of Madison and Matthew of Tulsa, OK.; and his sister Jane Grace. He is also survived by brothers and sisters-in-laws and many nieces and nephews.
