He is survived by: his sons, Brian and David; his daughter-in-law Sarah Kingsley; his grandchildren, Andrew and Erin; his brothers, Tim (Huong), Jeff (Luanne) and Tom; his sister-in-law Ruth; and his nieces and nephews, Karyl, Lisa, Steve, Linda, Susie, Cindy, Tim and Kevin.
