She is survived by: her husband Frank J Balthazor of Bernard's Catholic Church; her children, Francis (Linda), Chris (Gina), Rick (Sue) and Mary Hayden (Andy); her grandchildren, Ryan, Logan, Megan Madden (Matt), Elizabeth, Nick, Annie, Bobby Swenson, Daniel Swenson (Jocelyn), David Swenson (Shaniece), Tom Swenson and Steven Swenson; her great grandchildren, Luca, Ben, Ella, Penelope, Henrik and Tommy; her sister Karen (Frank); and her son Carlos. She is also survived by her family, love of puppies.
