It is with great sadness that we announce the death of JoAnn Millard of Madison, Wisconsin, born in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, who passed away on November 14, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernard Shafer and Grace Braatz; and her brothers, John Shafer and Steve Shafer. She is survived by: her husband Robert Millard; her children, Tricia Liberty (Charles), Todd Millard and Matthew Millard; her sister Patricia Michels (Charles); her sister-in-law Susan Shafer; and her grandchildren, Erik Fredine, Danielle Fredine, Zachary Fredine and Alexander Fredine.
