We bid farewell to Joan P. Paitl (Madison, Wisconsin), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 4, 2024 at the age of 94. Joan touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Menigoz and Catherine Menigoz (Gutzman); her husband John A. Paitl of Raphael's Catholic Cathedral; and her siblings, Joseph Menigoz and Shirlee Martinson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jean Roberts (Rick), Judy Bordson (John) and Janet Bangs (Jeff); her grandchildren, David Roberts (Shannon), Brian Roberts (Gypsy), Laura Roberts, Kevin Bangs (Kelly), Alex Bangs (Greta) and Chad Bordson (Trudee); her great grandchildren, Archer, Peter, Fiona, Theo, John, Casey, Brock, Tucker and Brettlyn; her sister Mary Janquart; and her sisters-in-law, Michelle Menigoz and Rita Daniel (David). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Peter Catholic Church, the Dane County Humane Society or to the charity of your choice.
