It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Elizabeth Hicks (Madison, Wisconsin), born in Albany, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 26, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Zwickey and Johanna Zwickey; her siblings, Robert Zwickey, Wally Zwickey and Gloria Malay; her husband John; and her sons, Stuart and Spencer.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Hicks (Susan), Sue Koenig (Bill), Shelley Wilker and Scott Hicks (June); her daughter-in-law Jean Hicks; and her grandchildren, Shannon Hicks, David Hicks, Megan Brody, Andy Koenig, Michael Wilker, Ryan Wilker, Kevin Wilker, Justin Hicks, Erica Dziatiewicz, Shane Hicks, Jenna Musil, Edward Hicks and Anna Hicks.
Memorials to Agrace Hospice Center or to Dale Heights Presbyterian Church are greatly appreciated.
