It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jennifer L. Kosinski (Madison, Wisconsin), who passed away on April 19, 2023, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Xarrah; and her brother Jason. She is survived by: her parents, Michael Francis and Patricia Frazer; her children, Mickayla, Shyanne (Nathaniel) and Devin; her grandson Gage; her siblings, Carmen (Josh), Jeremy and Katy (Jesse); her boyfriend Gregory Ruff; and the father of her children Patrick. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
