She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Block and Regina Zastrow (Kostowicz); her husband Donald Zahn; her granddaughter Kara Jean Czerwonka; and her siblings, Richard Zastrow and Arlene O'Donnell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Czerwonka (Dan), Jennifer Serafin (James) and Julie Young; her grandchildren, Nick Zahn (Courtney), Daniel Czerwonka (Lea), Brandon Czerwonka, Benjamin Kraus (Gracie), Kaitlyn Wanta (Josh) and Sarah Mangold (Adam); and her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Liam Wanta, Aria Kraus and Mack Mangold.
