He is survived by: his children, Christine Smith of Janesville, WI, Barry Smith (Amy) of Colorado Springs, CO and Mike Smith (Dana) of Fort Wayne, IN.; his siblings-in-law, Neale Jones and Bernie Chambers; his grandchildren, Mande Zierath, Max Zierath (Carrie), Nathan Smith, Brady Smith and Evan Smith; and his great grandchild Leon Zierath.
