She was loved and cherished by many people including: her sisters, Monica, Sara, Calogera and Rosalia; her parents, Francesco Cappello and Rosalia Cappello; her husband Jack Fiorello; her children, Sam and Virginia; her grandchildren, Zach, Meghan Kersten, Julian, Maxwell and Audrey Fiorello; her great grandchildren, Sophia, Madelyn Josephine and Jack; and her caregiver Josie.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her name to the Children's Defense Fund (childrensdefense.org), as a reflection of the care she gave throughout her life.
