He was predeceased by: his mother Doris Katherine (Miller). He is survived by: his father George Warrick Cooper; his wife Ann; his daughters, Rebecca (Erik Chamberlain) and Amy Hazlewood (Ross); his grandchildren, Brad and Elise Hazlewood; his niece Patty Finley; his cousins, Carol Bell of Norcross, Danny Bell (Deb) of Wheeling, W. Va and Joyce Copeland of Nixa; and also Jase of Overland Park, Kan..
In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate memorials made in George's name to Holy Cross Lutheran Church, Azura Memory Care of Stoughton, or the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
