He is survived by: his mother Jacquelyn Clayton (Unger); his wife Debbie Jacobson; his children, Jessica Davis (Damion) and Shawn Jacobson (Kari); his grandchildren, Tayler, Ryan, Lucille, Jameson, Scarlett and Autumn; his mother-in-law Barb Madden; and his siblings, Scott (Cathy), Todd (Jodi), Cappy (Andy), Tracy (Doug) and Jill. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other family, and many friends.
