She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Botkin and Ressie Botkin (Puffenbarger); her husband Robert Lerdahl; and her siblings, Myrtle Washington, Kitty Coffey, Janet Nance, Stanley, Darhl, Lee and Vernon Botkin.

She is survived by: her children, Don Lerdahl (Mary) and Deborah Cummings (Doug); her grandchildren, Blake Lerdahl and Amber Lerdahl; and her daughter Kathy "Katie" Elmore Freye.
