She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Rose and Charlotte Rose (Nelson); her brother Kenneth Rose; and her husband Bill Mulligan. She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Tregoning (Dennis); her grandsons, Peter Jacobson (Amanda) and Benjamin Tregoning; and her great grandchildren, Jack, Alex and Henry Jacobson.
