With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna V. Horne of Madison, Wisconsin, born in Platteville, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 7, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emory Johnsen and Charlotte "Lottie" Johnsen (Slack); her husband Charles G. "Chuck" Horne; her parents-in-law, John and Peg Horne; and her siblings-in-law, Clayton Kliebenstein, Wally Horne and Phyllis Horne.
She is survived by: her pets, Callie, Finnegan, Joker, Riley, Maverick, Tucker, Lucy and Fredric; her daughters, Mary (Kathy), Ann (Rachel) and Kristin (Matt); her grandchildren, Erica (Matt), Nicholas (Angela), Mya (Alan) and Bree; her great grandchildren, Damarius and Olivia; her sister Pat Kliebenstein; her nieces, Pam Moore (Ed), Linda Ott (Gary) and LuAnn Kliebenstein; her nephew Jeff Kliebenstein (Carol); and her caregiver Donna. She is also survived by cousins and great nieces and nephews.
